My first experience with yoga was with Yoga Vidya. It's a great experience. My yoga trainers are very good and I enjoy it a lot and, above all, do me very good. The ambience is very nice. I will definitely continue to do this kind of physical and mental relaxation.

Very good instructions, yoga is well explained, individually corrected in a very nice way. Good atmosphere group size pleasant. Flexible when it comes to the course z. B. To change for time reasons. Absolutely recommendable. If you have to go by bus, only ten minutes. From the Weseler train station
