A bathroom had to be remodeled to suit its age. The on-site advice was very good. The work that came up was well coordinated, so that the renovation was completed in the shortest possible time. The craftsmen involved worked very well. I was completely satisfied.
Super competent and above all experienced. Solved a problem that others couldn't fix before. The experience has paid off. Price was really good for that too.
I have a WOLF heater that I did not buy there. Unfortunately, my experience with the heating is not that good.

Unfortunately there were problems with communication, so our ways parted.
Instead of saying directly that you do not feel like accepting an order, it is better to be put off and then not called back. If you do not have to accept small orders, you should not be surprised if this customer does not take you into account for future large orders.
Missed the appointment without telling me (vacation day gone). After making two calls from behind, an alternative appointment is only offered 8 days later! P.S. In the 1st call it was called a fitter on vacation, in the 2nd there is a large construction site.
