Today I was called again by a Commerzbank call center. For over a year I have not been a customer of this bank, which did not take care of my concerns, was hardly accessible and also did not really stand out from customer service. Perhaps one should not only deal with the external impact with PR and marketing, and certainly not with surveys on the subject of service, which are then embellished so that they fit into the marketing concept. And with data protection, it doesn't seem to be so precise when I get called for a customer satisfaction survey after more than a year. I'm going to throw up now.
