(It's the head office, not the branch here) It is an absolute cheek that my termination was left behind for a week, only to be able to pocket my account management fees for the last month. The "small print" stated that the fees would only be paid up to the month in which the cancellation was received. That would have been November and not December. It also said that the account would be canceled immediately and that you could not choose the date. But what about the employees? Apart from the fact that there is only one branch in SG and the card and account management fees are meanwhile also a cheek. Not recommended.
