A great colleague and ambitious trainer. You and your team love what they do. And you can feel that through and through.
Catharina (the boss) has an incredible charisma and competence in the field of fitness. As an old bone, almost 60 I am no longer capable enough to take part in the courses. Unfortunately I had to have this bitter experience. Since then, I've only been going to the fitness forge for a back massage and I'm extremely satisfied.
Catharina and her team are just great. Highly recommended!! Great courses in a pleasant atmosphere. Sport under excellent and competent guidance. It's a lot of fun 👍.
There is a suitable course for everyone, for beginners, advanced, in a small group or as individual training.
The trainers are all great and both the trainers and the other course members motivate them to go to the sport regularly every week.
Here you have a lot of fun doing sports and feel really well cared for.
Great courses, great sports community!
