I feel very comfortable there, the staff is friendly and ready to help with questions ....
The studio is great, it's a nice atmosphere and the trainers are friendly and eager.
Unfortunately, the booking office does everything. Here the employees are rude and cheeky. The debits were never made on time, sometimes up to 3 weeks later! Then no agreement was made on the phone, because of the late debits, of course, everything got mixed up and as an absolute insolence, there are still € 30 charges.
In itself the studio is just beautiful.
It's always clean.
The coaches are all nice and since the renovation the studio looks even better.
Unfortunately, it's just too small.
I would like the studio to be bigger. We only go around 7 or 10 p.m. because otherwise there are unfortunately far too many people. Hope it will be expanded sometime.
