Suoernette's team - great trainers - very efficient and fun!
The perfect training method for young and old. Really a great thing and recommended. The atmosphere in the studio, the individual advice from really trained trainers and the training units are great and are tailored to you personally. The training units are monitored by the trainers and you are corrected accordingly to avoid incorrect posture. All in all a really perfect training method with your own trainer.
We were recommended by a friend and without waiting we took the free trial training. Enthusiastic about this sport variant and the personal professional support during the training session, we registered immediately afterwards. It is certainly a little more expensive than a fitness studio, but the results, the personal support (personal trainer) and the short amount of time are worth it. Simply take the free training and decide for yourself. We have been there for almost 2 months and are now free of tension and contortions. I can only recommend it.
Super studio and top qualified coaches! The training fits perfectly in my everyday life and there is no excuse for the 20 minutes training. I can only recommend it!
Always have fun in a well-kept atmosphere with good trainers.
