I've been with Nadine for years and enjoy every yoga class. Nadine and the TriYogaFlow are a great combination. Nadine always manages to put together an appropriate lesson that will get me on my way to yoga. And she pays close attention to us, helps to do the exercises properly, and shows alternatives to exercises that are not or not yet possible. With her pleasant voice and calm nature, she creates a relaxed and at the same time stimulating atmosphere. And it is reliable to a special degree. My husband has been an avid yoga student with Nadine for several years.
