CrossFit Solingen is truly amazing. My home box is in CT and I travel a lot for work and have dropped in to many CrossFit gyms over the years. What Cindy and the team do in Solingen is truly special. If you live nearby, you are very fortunate because you have a world class CrossFit in your backyard. If you are visiting Solingen, don’t miss it!

Great Crossfit box, sessions are strong ,well balanced and fun. It's also a great way to forget a day of stress. All levels're accepted, beginners will be for sure warmly welcomed. I lost 5kg in 6 months !

Great box! I was a complete newcomer to CrossFit and was well received. Cindy is a great trainer, is always ready with helpful tips and motivation and is there with heart and soul. I would recommend it to everybody!!!
