It has been a heart connection since the first hour Due to the many possibilities that are offered here, there is something for everyone and thanks to Brigittes and Beates SEIN is wonderfully secure Since I got even closer to my yoga here, it was clear to me that I wanted to do the yoga teacher training 200h for myself in order to immerse myself even more and then pass this on Nice that you exist

I can only warmly recommend this studio to everyone. You can tell that B&B are here with heart and soul. You feel safe and in good hands. If you have any questions, they are always at your side. The offered yoga trainings are the absolute blast - all essential content is conveyed very precisely and absolutely understandable. Since I have already completed an apprenticeship in another studio, I can draw a comparison here and say - If you are thinking of doing a yoga training - you have come to the right place and you will definitely not regret it - on the contrary!

Absolute heart recommendation !!!! I've been looking for a yoga studio for a long time, where I feel good and everything is just right here: two wonderful women who have built a great yoga school here. Such a nice atmosphere, in-depth knowledge, great courses and always with full commitment and fun. Since this year I have been part of the Hatha yoga teacher training and can only recommend it to anyone who would like to become a yoga teacher. Well-founded, committed, comprehensive, we learn here from B & B😊 and with absolute love for the little details! Many thanks to you guys !!! Couldn't be better🙏

From the first day on, I was totally enthusiastic about this great yoga school. The atmosphere there is unique. A super cool backyard loft which is furnished with attention to detail. Simply to feel good. I have already met a lot of great people there that I would never want to be without. The range of courses is varied, flexible and extraordinary. Since the teachers there are really great, I decided to do a Hatha yoga teacher training there. One of the best decisions I've ever made. Brigitte and Beate are really cool women who have such a wide range of knowledge and know exactly what is important to pass it on authentically. The lesson structure of the training is solidly structured and every lesson is just great fun. B&B cater to all individual needs in the course content. I can warmly recommend the yoga classes and the training. I can also confirm: When you come out of the loft, you are simply overjoyed!

Great courses, great girls, simple booking system, don't have to commit me, don't take out a subscription ... Brigitte and Beate are just great. A great break for me. Unfortunately, it hasn't been there very often since Corona. Comes again.
