I have been in the care of Mr. Thomas for a long time now and I am really happy with the care. He is very friendly and helpful, flexible, reliable and competent. I can only recommend him.

Unfortunately, I can not leave a good rating. About 3 months ago, I had a visit from Mr. Thomas for a planned heating exchange. The conversation went well and he was friendly and said goodbye with the words to make an offer. Then a good and detailed offer came back and I had to make a few changes due to a limited budget and asked him to consider these changes and asked a few questions. There was no reaction for a month. I would have been right here an info that you either can not do it or still need some time ... Too bad!

Our problem was not solved, (water leakage toilet) in my opinion not even tried. Calculation received over an amount, was reduced to rejoinder on goodwill. But the problem persisted and a 2 company had to be hired
