Anyone looking for a good company for plumbing and heating and who appreciates the old values ​​of the craftsmen such as specialist knowledge, hard work, reliability, willingness to work and friendliness is in good hands with Ulrich Binus. But there are not only old virtues that can be found in this company, but also innovation, current knowledge of the state of the art and the associated great interest in new, environmentally friendly methods relating to heating. Our sanitary facilities and the new heating system consisting of an air / water / heat pump system, combined with a solar thermal system and a fireplace, were planned and installed by the Binus company. We were very satisfied with the price / performance ratio. Therefore, even after 30 years of cooperation, we will not look for low-cost companies of the "myhammer" type on the Internet, but continue to hope for good, successful cooperation. Additional thanks also go to Mr. Vey, the company's technical employee, from whose expertise and skills we have also benefited for many years.

Leave no dirt. Very punctual and always friendly. You have installed 2 bathrooms with us and since then have also taken care of the heating system. There is always someone on the phone. We recommend.

Was unable to find the fault in the heating system. The manufacturer's customer service had to do that. Left us in the cold apartment for the festive season, although repairs were promised before Christmas. Replacement part was allegedly not available. In fact, no delivery was triggered. 2 months without working heating. No more!

Very unfriendly, quickly becomes aggressive and the work done is rather unsatisfactory, too bad! Never again.
