When managing several real estate objects, I have always experienced the company Hans Böhm reliably, friendly and clean for over 15 years. The work is very good, all employees are competent. The appointment arrangement works without any problems. I would like to give 5 stars and will continue to work with Hans Böhm in the future.

We have placed our trust in Hans Böhm and its employees for many years and have always been extremely satisfied. Whether as a rescuer in an emergency, as a consultant for long-term investments or for short-term renovations in between - we have always received the best support from the Böhm company.

The exact reason for this review will follow shortly. Mr. Böhm, the only thing that would come to mind for you was the thermostat. In the meantime, the expansion tank has been replaced due to defects, and the heat exchanger as well. And you did not recognize this defective one ??? In addition, a heater cannot heat up the room in such a short time that the thermostat closes the valve again, which means that the heater only becomes half warm. This theory is called absurd in the forums. It is unlikely that the thermostatic valve will close before the radiator is warmed up, unless the thermostatic head sensor is insulated to the room and the radiator heat is too close. I would also like to take up the topic again with the air. Here the question arises where it comes from. Diffusion-open components in the system? Cavitation in the pipes? Or is it not filled correctly? If the tiresome topic does not stop with the air in the heating system, a specialist should begin with research. The first thing is to refill the system. Filling with a hose is not permitted, here a system separator BA (DIN EN 806 and EN 1717) or higher must be installed and a filling hose that is connected there must be vented before filling. With each refill, oxygen is also introduced into the system, which gradually outgasses. Regardless of the air, almost all heating manufacturers require filling in accordance with VDI 2035 I & II with fully demineralized water to avoid scale and corrosion damage. We would be at the next possibility of deposits and even incorrectly dimensioned pipes can cause cavitation, which means that the gases bound in the water are released from the water by negative pressure. This is well described on Wikipedia. Since the saturation of the water with the gases is very slow and these microbubbles can also be easily transported in the water flow, these gases then collect at the highest point in the heating system. but the landlord is also responsible for eliminating such an error. Mr. Teich referred to the 20 ° C that must be reached in living rooms, this is fundamentally correct, but in baths it is even 24 ° C and these temperatures only apply for the period from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., overnight at 16 ° C room temperature can be lowered. I think it is appropriate that you correct your report accordingly.
