April 21st, 2020, between 13:00 and 13:30 (as a stranger traveling through your city) I was at your bank to use WU services... the guy at the desk was not only fluent in English, but he was veeery kind, helpful and patient in clarifying things for (me) your customers. I do not know his name, but you can take into consideration his professionalism and you have to be pride that you have such great employee! Thank you, unknown man!

Rip off. I wanted to change my foreign money with this bank. The current exchange rate is 1 euro at 4.2 riyals I was switched from Riyal to Euro at a rate of 5.1. I lost 40 euros on the small amount of 1500 riyals compared to the current rate.

- Withdrawals with the Girocard cost an acceptable 3.95 euros - A denomination as requested is not possible -In addition, you cannot withdraw 5 euro notes - Some travel bank ATMs lack PIN protection -Info: Withdrawing money is not possible with Google Pay / Appel pay Processed after reply from the ReiseBank
