I had a loan from the DSL Bank for 4 years, if you pay well you are always satisfied. When I then had to sell the house, this was dragged on (I was allowed to hear so often that we are understaffed because of Covid (I work in the clinic and always have to do the same even when we are understaffed, I need a statement like that) not to come there)) and I just had to keep paying in the corona pandemic where you have big money problems anyway and then at the end pay such a high prepayment penalty where you got sick straight away. So if you pay well you can take this bank. They are really friendly with customer contact. However, if you sell the house you have to RUN after you to get your money back !!
