I happened to slip into a Yin Yoga trial lesson and was very enthusiastic from the first moment about the ambience, the friendliness, the prices and the teacher. Since then I have been a regular visitor and attend yoga classes of all kinds in the Kshana Room. Thank you for the great offers, keep it up. You really are a pure oasis of relaxation.

Great yoga oasis in a very pleasant atmosphere. Sympathetic, committed and yet relaxed yoga teachers. Top prices and nice people, you meet there. The teacher is very well educated and educates again and again. Newest super hour - Yin Yoga - currently 1x per month, we hope for extension. Thank you for everything!

I've been there for a year and can only say positive things! The rooms are lovingly furnished to create a beautiful relaxation oasis and the yoga teacher gives great lessons. Every week there is a different topic and you learn a lot even after a year. I like to go every week!

I've been with it for many years. Also made a lot of special hours. Conclusion: just great! Nowhere do I feel so well cared for as in the great yoga classes. Always varied and sensitive. I can only recommend it!

My favorite yoga class for almost 6 years now! The yoga studio is lovingly furnished and offers plenty of space. The lessons are always a great combination of relaxation and self-challenge, every week on a changing topic - sometimes purely physically, sometimes with a meditative focus. Ingrid pays attention to all students and provides different asanas / variants for each exercise, which you choose according to your current physical condition. A great atmosphere among the students and cookies and tea after the lesson complete the whole thing. So for those who want to do something good for body AND mind, a clear recommendation!
