I've been in the sports center for 10 years now and I'm completely at peace. For me, the most important thing is that I can train in peace and not bother me poser, that's 100% given in the Alexsportcentrum. I don't have to make friends with the coaches. If I have any questions, they were answered politely and competently. What was also important for me is that martial arts and fitness training are offered, and the Alex Sportcentrum is ideal for this. If you feel like martial arts and fitness then just stop by after corona.
I feel absolutely uncomfortable in this studio.
The friendly appearance is unfortunately a facade that is only raised on 2 of 7 days a week.
The decisive factor for me is that the police were only recently in the studio because the owner is said to have become palpable towards a minor student.
Most positive recessions are made up by the owners themselves after consultation with some members.
Great gym and really good trainers. The family atmosphere is fun and I like to stay with it for a long time.
