Online dates are nice and good but the structure of the site is catastrophic, I'm curious how people with poor German language skills will choose between the 150 menu items. Why can only choose a 4-5 day window in the future? And why is there not a small percentage of free appointments, it comes anyway a certain percentage not to the dates? FLEXIBILITY????? There are just 3 employees in Brackwede at 9:40, only one customer is there and the employee says to me there are no appointments today. What does that make an impression on the citizen ??? In general, technical renewals in the state only lead to becoming even more inflexible?
