One of the best
A member for about 6 months now! Great gym with all the equipments. Best prices in Nürnberg, and especially the trainers. "Sebastian Gezer" in particular is one the most professional and friendlist trainer who has helped me transform myself not only physically but also mentally. Hands down the best gym i've ever been in.

LIARS and ROBBERS! Unethical behaviour and terrible client service. So beware that whenever you sign what you think it is a 1 year contract your signing up for automatic renewals without warning for another year forever. I explicitly said I only wanted a 1 year contract cuz I was leaving after! While this seems not to be uncommon in Germany, in many European countries such practices are not allowed. I sent several emails because I am leaving Germany and I said 4 months in advance that I wanted to unsubscribe, however in the month just before my contact was renewed for another year!!! When I signed up for fitstar I was very specific that I might need to go move abroad- and of course that at the time the answer was no problem and that when somebody is moving more than 20 kilometers away from a FIT STAR gym they cancel the contract. However, when it got to the moment and I asked for it my contract is not being cancelled! And I moving to FRANCE, near the border with spain! Why does Fitstar tie costumers when they clearly do not wish and cannot physically use its service??? this is abuse of power and totally unethical behaviour!!! They also lie to catch you as a costumer!
