I have never thought that fitness studio can be so adorable place. You leave your troubles, worries and man behind the door and enter the women' world. Being direct- ladies working there are helpful, always smiling and competent. Training program gives you great choice. Motivation program helps you keep going. Any time you can enjoy sauna, wellness or massage. And what is really important they explain everything so nice, help with diet plan, advice with training progam. Even if you are totally not experienced person, from the first day you feel a member of the team, around with friends. I REALLY enjoy the time.
They offer babysitter but only from 9-11 from monday to friday... actually these days are my childrens in daycare. I was lucky I didnt sign any contract it was only for 3 months (groupon discount)

I am a member for EMS, this is a great activity for those who need quick sport activities when not much time in your agenda.. Being constant and a bit of healthy eating and drinking you can see results very easy.
trainers are fantastic, transmiting a lot of energy and enthusiasm. opening hours fit everyone, including weekends.
fully recommended EMS activities as well as fitness studio,
best is to go for an EMS session and relax afterwards in the sauna and Relax area.
Give it a try, you will be looking forward to repeat !
