Great, small gym with a family atmosphere and competent trainers who are always happy to help create a new training plan. The studio is very well equipped, well maintained and very welcoming. After training, you can still have a coffee and chat in good company there, you just feel good all around. I have loved going there for years.

All trainers know about the individual conditions of the members, so that individual comments are also made in the courses during the exercises. It takes time for advice and the courses are incredibly varied and totally fun!
The atmosphere that is created by the entire team is transferred to the members: you know and greet each other, enjoy sport together and thus Studio No. feels 1 very familiar. All of this is more than we had hoped for in the run-up to a gym and we don't want to miss it!
