Here yoga is taught with a lot of knowledge, empathy and experience. I was just passing through for a unit of meditation + pranayama and yoga in the studio and immediately felt very safe and in good hands. "Yoga works" - the name says it all.

Entrance: You have to push the front door very hard. Don't worry about it 😁 press hard The owner and staff are very friendly and informative. You will be given excellent advice. In the yoga class. The yoga teacher controls the movements, if you have problems with the exercise, the yoga teacher is available and provides alternatives to the exercise. The music is relaxing and so is the atmosphere. After the xoga there is still time to ask questions. There are also courses that are recognized by the health insurers.
