Beautiful studio in the old town of Bielefeld! I highly recommend Claudia! :) She knows what she is doing and supports you individually and competently! Training on the equipment is a great change from the usual Pilates courses! My back feels like new after training: D

I have been in the Flow Studio on the Pilates devices for about a month now and my "desk body" thanks me. My attitude has improved, but the best thing is the well-being after training: as if you had swum for two hours or so ... The trainer Claudia is super-competent and very welcoming. How to wish a one-to-one training!
