Very nice premises, nice and professional team, nice range of courses. Just try it out. There are always trial courses offered. Free parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
The More Balance Forum is a wonderful feel-good place where I can relax incredibly well. The course instructors Martina and Melanie are not only technically very competent, but also empathetic and create a pleasant atmosphere in their courses.
I love the "Acupressure & Relaxation" workshops, which have a different focus each time.
As soon as you step into the rooms of the morebalance forum, all the hectic pace of everyday life disappears in no time ... it smells so incredibly good and it is easy to let go of all the ballast.
The philosophy of the forum for health and joie de vivre works directly, how beautiful!
The wonderful offers, which are always adapted to meet current needs, and the incredible implementation of the two trainers Martina and Melanie do the rest.
I feel like I'm in another world, I soak up this feel-good atmosphere and go home happy and inspired. It is simply a gift for mindfulness and self-love and I can only recommend it to everyone.
