That's what I call personal training .... Very gentle on the joints and back, since there are no weights. Okay, with your own body weight ... The combination with the EMS is really effective, I'm thrilled! And you really get sore muscles, I am VERY satisfied so far! Okay, it's not cheap. But then you treat yourself to it ...
