Unfortunately, you can not give a star! But I was dissatisfied through and through! The best way to train is to feel bad for days on end. If you say it is enough only laughed and the device is even stronger. The coaches seem completely unaware ... I am now in another studio and there is more consideration for the body and health.

Super cool shop, very nice trainer and the concept is really great. We did a trial training and it was really blatant. EMS is a really cool thing and for getting personal training it is really worth it.

Top NOTHING for sissy or people who have no goal in sports. Motivation does not work HIGH I recommend everyone who wants to build something in the sport but who has no motivation or power
