Worst customer service on the planet + Longest period to get out of a contract ever.
Sent in cancellation, did get cancelled but no response whatsoever for two months until I called: "Sure, we can send you a confirmation". As if this is a pleasantry to confirm a contract termination. In addition, if you cancel throughout the year, you will be paying for 12!!!!! months into the future.
If you think about joining, find another place that treats customers decently.
Worst fitness studio i have ever seen. unprofessional behavior and i will not recommend it.
The worst place ever, I am lucky that i didn’t waste my money in that place and was not accepted by them....I was told that they are racists against foreigners, and the minute I walked inside that place i saw that on their faces. The welcome was awful and their looks were so cheap, yet! We are the ones who “pay their bills” and make their living.
If you are thinking of joining this place, please think twice of where you’re putting your money. The place is not recommended at all.
