I have been doing yoga regularly for 7 years. I started with Iyangar Yoga and learned to appreciate this form of precise way of practicing with the help of aids. With Christine in her beautiful studio you can feel the connection between the physiotherapist and the yoga teacher. The exercises are very well instructed. It is repeatedly checked whether they are being carried out correctly. In addition, she has a very sensitive and friendly way of giving every student the support she needs.
