Beware of this installer !!!
My experience:
1. Working as a subcontractor for Hornbach, was charged twice. My evidence was rejected. Only after weeks and an intervention by the Hornbach customer service were bill positions canceled.
2. Responding to a notice of defects was not initially and later not adequately responded.
3. Oral agreements were not respected.
4. High travel costs are charged.
5. It is operated with the Teba Kreditbank factoring. That Customers must be prepared for AS Haustechnik to transfer its claims to this bank. This is very disadvantageous for the customer, as he has to deal with objections to the claims with two parties.
Conclusion: Stay away !!!
