Repair heater Unfortunately, the company was repeatedly unable to locate and repair the fault in the heating system. Although the heating went wrong, the employee could not find the cause and just pressed the button to clear the fault. The result was that just a few weeks later in December (!) The heating completely failed and an entire house was without heating and hot water for almost 5 days. Another company found the fault immediately and was able to repair the system after the spare part was delivered.

Unfortunately not recommendable. Already called 3 times in the last 8 years to repair a clogged toilet. The first two times the bill was around € 300 (3 years ago), this year it was € 700 for the same service. A € 100 flat rate for special pollution was added, which had not been agreed in advance. This flat rate was also disproportionate because the bathroom was left in a desolate condition and not even a carpet was rolled out before the toilet was cleaned. When asked at the consumer center in Bielefeld, this price is almost usury, but it is hard to prove. In addition, the toilet was unfortunately blocked again after less than 3 weeks. After commissioning a new craftsman, the toilet was cleared in just 17 minutes for a flat rate of around € 200. In comparison, Hokamp needed 2 employees with a workload of 4 hours.
