A wrong instantaneous water heater was listed on the invoice (Vaillant E 21/8) for € 391, but was not installed (Vaillant E 21/7). After my information about it, I was informed by phone that it was only a cost difference of € 4 and that no new invoice was required. In my opinion, the price for a 21/7 is much too high and the operation of the company is not professional.
