I was told they deliver furniture in six weeks. They guy I met could speak English (I know because I still tried to communicate in my broken German and at some point he started speaking fluent English) but rudely told me he couldn't and nobody else in the store could too.

We bought a small couch there and were pleasantly surprised by the competent advice. The lady was nice, friendly and had a high level of expertise. She was patient and took a lot of time to advise. You felt comfortable and weren't just dispatched. On that day we were in several furniture stores, including houses where so-called premium furniture is sold. The consultants in these houses can learn from the Oscar Möbel sales consultant how to deal with customers.

Nice staff and good prices. Currently some 30 percent discount on goods that are sold out. E.g. Pictures...

Impossible waiting times on the phone, nobody answers, I've been calling almost every day for 2 weeks and nobody answers, constantly busy, impossible, such a bad service !!!!!!! I'm still waiting for feedback from the Osca team !!!!
