Absolutely recommendable, top customer service and the highest and honest friendliness ... You can bring your laundry there ... This is how a small sole trader can score with customers ...

I took my blazer to the cleaners on Mondays and said that I desperately need him for a business meeting on Thursday. I was told and written down that he finished at 8 o'clock on Wednesday. When I arrived at 9am on Wednesday, he was not finished yet. Already here no excuse for it. Since I had to work until 6 pm that day, the employee gave me her mobile number and said that I could call after 6 pm, that she lived nearby and could then quickly catch up. I found that to be very friendly. In the evening I called at about 19 clock, no one went to the phone, even after I had tried between 19 and 21 clock about six times. So no blazer for the business meeting! When I arrived a few days later to get the blazer, I realized I was reluctant to pay the full price. Then I was bluffed, if that was a joke and I could either pay the price or leave the Blazer there. Again, there was no excuse for the previous one. After much discussion, trying to explain that I did not consider paying for such a bad service, I had to give in, because I finally wanted my blazer back. In the end I was told that only retirees would be so upset and how ridiculous that would be with a young person like me. Such an outrageous and bottomless service, I have rarely experienced and will definitely have brought my things there last time!

I gave my wedding dress for cleaning and it was completely clean. However, it cost a little more when picking up than previously announced on the phone. Since the price was cheap, it was ok. The employee looked a bit confused. Overall, however, very good value for money and therefore recommended!
