I would be very well advised and informed about various options. The lady was very friendly and accommodating with my creation. The gentleman I had a consultation with at a later point in time was also very friendly and showed and explained various things to me. The online banking system is also better than other banks, I think.

After my question today, if I would have a glass of water, I would be told that it would be too far for the employees to get it, although there was still a male employee rumlief. In retrospect, half-hearted apologies and explanations from the hotline. With such a "service" I feel bad U has nothing to do with the high level of customer satisfaction that is constantly being advertised!
