Completely unprofessional employees who know as much about banking as a bricklayer does. The only remedy in my case was a change of bank. Normally you should be able to assign stars in the negative range here.

Worst choice for a bank. As it is in a small train station shopping center, you can only go to the bank and the ATMs during the shopping center's opening hours.
