36 years of fun fund - now the fun is over! My 15 year old son has a direct debit on his account from the bank, which led to a debit balance. My question, why a 15-year-old receives an overdraft facility and what the direct debit is about, has already led to excessive demands on the employees! "Just pay the money in, you are only 6 €" !!!!!! Hard to beat in incompetence! Everyone knows that the bank branches are dying out - understandable. Machine replaces incompetent people. In this case: thank God! VR Bank handles the bank bills of all of our accounts with little effort! Good bye for ever!
