Months ago we bought a 5.50 m and about 180 high electric sliding gate. It's nice and stable gate. We were very satisfied with the order and the competent advice from the staff. Bought a sliding gate last year and loved it from the start. Even the first contact was absolutely great, competent and friendly employees who were on hand with advice and action in choosing the right door system. The configurator is very easy and the prices are fair. The delivery time and delivery were prompt and absolutely problem-free. I can only recommend Betorama! Thank you very much

Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the positive reviews of previous speakers. Even if the configuration and the sale went quickly and quickly, it unfortunately went downhill afterwards. The delivery / assembly date has already been postponed several times, and the extension of the guarantee had to be requested over the phone. The assembly and construction work was just as mediocre: the fitters hardly spoke any German, which made an exchange very difficult, actually impossible. Despite measurements, incorrect elements (incorrect height) were delivered and installed. The exchange for a post of the correct height was only possible after extensive telephone calls with the headquarters. In addition, the elements would be scratched in several places by "falling over" during assembly. After repeated references to this, a touch-up pen was sent by post, with which one should / had to repair the damage oneself. Some deficiencies reported several times were reluctantly corrected, other reported deficiencies, e.g. a non-working LED strip would not be fixed to this day. After about three quarters of a year, the foundation made by Betorama has apparently sunk, in any case the sliding gate is now crooked. I have been waiting for a reaction from Betorama and a proposal for a solution since mid-May. Calls and e-mails have unfortunately been unsuccessful so far, as have requests and requests. All in all, I can NOT recommend Betorama!

We ordered our electric sliding gate from Betorama. Everything was super uncomplicated and we received a perfect assembly. Discussions, the ordering process and on-site assembly were always carried out professionally and competently. We like to buy here again.
