After three years, I have no problems with performance or availability. In contrast to other offers, a large selection of exchanges is available.
Servers are crashing when markets are volatile - thus: you can't trade when you need it the most.

Since the takeover of Commerzbank, things have only gone in one direction - the mountain. I have been a customer of the Onvista Bank for 10 years and can judge the current poor service very well. The trading platform only works well when buying. Nothing happens when you sell. Repeatedly, I was on the phone for more than 30 minutes to sell a stock. Even Telekom is a little faster there. I am seriously considering switching my portfolio to a more reputable broker, even if it is a bit more expensive; I get better on my nerves. I'm sorry for the formerly good Onvista bank!
