First of all, the products are great. We took some rolls and cakes with us today. There were three saleswomen at the counter ... one more annoyed than the other and not a word too many. Unfortunately, this has happened to us several times. We urgently need to work on the service.

The young lady with the blond-brown hair and the piercings always sells me too kindly and courteously: five Bauernweg glasses, quack balls, good quaffee with quilch and extremely tasty quossos! Thank you for that and keep it up!
Every bakery shop with separate dispensing and cash registers is more hygienic.
Here (even now in the Corona time), banknotes are happily pulled through the fingers and the pretzels are sorted again without hand protection.
So if your health is worth something, you should only shop here carefully.
