You immediately feel at home with Nicole. She is a very competent yoga teacher who also has a medical training and can therefore look at the body from this side. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or advanced - Nicole manages to deal with each individual with an apparent ease and is still very structured and focused. Nicole immediately feels what the individual needs, organizes the lessons very differently, also always with new intellectual input.
The studio and the garden are lovingly furnished and I love to come back again and again. Thank you🙏
