Except for my last visit, I was very satisfied. After I pointed out that the result did not meet my expectations, the stylist was unapologetic and reacted annoyed with a raised voice that it had been agreed. (Did not agree at all) Among other things, my approach was only partially colored or not colored at all, my eyebrows were colored far too dark. (Normal color would be blonde, desired result would be light brown, bitter disappointing result, they were almost black) too much was dyed on the side for this to look like I dyed it myself. After the appointment, my hair was broken and could no longer be combed (twisted or broken hair) When I kindly pointed this out, the boss was called. My companion and I were always calm and respectful (the boss saw everything as an attack) we said that this result did not correspond to my wishes. We kindly ask for improvement. We were then again urged with a raised voice that this would only be possible against an appointment and full payment. Then we said that this would not be okay for us. WE WERE THROWN OUT OF THE SALON !!!! NEVER AGAIN!! NOT RECOMMENDABLE!! NO CRITICAL CAPACITY !!!
