Heating failed on Saturday evening. Called early on Sunday. An hour later the fitter was on site and was able to help.
I found other company in Forchheim to be very rude and insulting on the phone.
And that has nothing to do with the recording of data, but with the fact that it became insulting and rude just because something does not go according to the guidelines.
I think it's a shame that I work in customer service myself.
0 stars ... even if they "maybe" do a good job.
Great service I think one of the best heating engineers in the area. Has been a customer there for years and has not yet been disappointed. Great recommendation for malfunctions or technical defects. New installations etc
Only recommendable!
Always very friendly, helpful and reliable. In the winter in my 60s apartment I have problems with the heating every now and then and I'm really happy that my landlord works with such a reliable company.
