Dittrich was there on the same day when the heating and hot water failed and helped us a lot with the quick repairs.

Quick tour of the construction site. The site was promised to do the work within the next two to three weeks. Unfortunately not started after 4 months. On request by email not even received an answer. Very unreliable and therefore not recommended

Unfortunately not recommended. No offer will be answered by written request. Although the heating system was visited relatively quickly but that was it. Had expected more from an old-established company.

Unreliable! Appointment was made at 10 a.m. to visit a house to make an offer. At 10:15 a.m. the call came that he had just got up and was sick and had to cancel. Only after that did I see all the bad reviews. Since this is probably not an isolated case.

Not recommendable. I say that as a real estate manager with many comparisons. - Maintenance - despite maintenance contract - not made. - There is no response to emails. - If you call, a callback is promised. The promise is not kept.
