Very good and organized practice. Waiting times are "mostly" short, and the treatment is great! Sometimes they are a bit rough, but maybe that's the way it should be. A few of the employees look grumpily at what the stress is. I completely understand!

Very bad experience. No treatments or products are offered that are covered by statutory health insurance. For me this is a rip-off on the customer.

Appointment at 4pm arrived at 5.30pm waiting too long. Rude staff. Go somewhere else!

Was with Dr. Lörner as a patient in the practice. At my age, a lot of doctors didn't dare to treat the misalignment of my teeth / jaws. Miss Dr. Lörner and the entire team “conjured up” with a great result. Thank you very much
