Very pleasant and varied yoga classes in a relaxed atmosphere. Relaxing and yet demanding. The structure of the lessons is also suitable for beginners. I'm looking forward to the next course, Manuela!

Manuela's yoga classes are well structured (introductory meditation, thematic asanas, final meditation) and varied. In addition to demanding asanas, calmer postures are also built in again and again. You notice their professional training, so that the spiritual yoga approach is never lost.
