We had an air conditioning system installed by the Götz company and are very satisfied. Friendly service and competent advice on site. Two very nice employees were present during the installation and installed the system in a technically competent manner according to our wishes. Thank you ! Gladly again!

I've been a customer of the Götz company for about 4 years, and they gave me advice and practical help with customer service with my 15-year-old heating system. But as is sometimes the case in life, a repair is no longer profitable, so I got an offer for a new heater. I have to say that I haven't experienced so much competence and quality for a long time, because they could have sold me a luxury system, first of all many, many thanks to you all. When the new system came and was installed, I was again surprised because the fitters quickly worked cleanly and of high quality, despite the fact that I kept asking annoying questions, the two fitters answered all of these, also in a way that was understandable for me and Wise. In conclusion, there is only one thing left to say, PLEASE, PLEASE CONTINUE, I WILL ALWAYS KEEP YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND RECOMMEND YOU. MANY THANKS FOR THE QUICK SOLUTION TO MY HEATING PROBLEM. For years I have always bought my spare parts from the Götz company, and I also did the regular inspection there. Recently I needed a few spare parts for my bathroom, which I hadn't bought from Götz for cost reasons. At first I was received very nicely by a saleswoman until her boss joined me and plummed me "Get everything from the Internet and then come and get tips from me" I replied, "I need a few pipes and spare parts, I just wanted them buy here ". Then he said" you can also save the pipe "Then I said" THANK YOU GÖTZ "and then I got everything in the hardware store across the street. That has disappointed me since, Fa Götz will no longer see me. I also prefer to buy the tiles and pipes that I wanted to buy from Götz on the Internet or at the hardware store.
