We were very satisfied with the advice and sales pitch as well as the installation. Unfortunately, the understanding of service is less well developed.
We had to request the service repeatedly. In this case, customers will be charged the full minimum flat rate of EUR 73.28 for 10 minutes of working time, a material input of EUR 2.65 and a journey of 3 km. We understand long-term customer loyalty a little differently.
We thank the company Meteg for the implementation of our joint project. From the consultation and the planning, over the construction up to the common instruction we enjoyed the cooperation very much. We really enjoy our new oven and warmly recommend the Coufal family.
