My bridal gown was cleaned and destroyed during this cleansing. The owner is nil and has hung up on the phone several times. The tulle on the dress is torn and there are loud fringes and brown spots on the dress. The dress is not quite clean on the floor either. Never again. Meanwhile, I have received an answer from the boss. He does not admit his mistake. According to his guilt, guilt is the inferior quality of the dress. The dress cost me 600 euros.
