The recipe for my son was not redeemed. With the words "we don't earn enough from it. The Krakenkasse doesn't pay us enough for it." I was turned away. As a customer, I don't want to have to pay for the differences between pharmacy and health insurance. In the future we will only go to other pharmacies. Other pharmacies were able to redeem the prescription without hesitation.

I had a bicycle accident and tore all three ligaments in my shoulder joint. The next day I got a prescription for pain relievers. Because of a missing number, I had to go with a prescription without painkillers.

It has already happened to me here that medications recommended by the doctor in the same house with a prescription were questioned. Customer requests are not met, but coldly ignored and pushed for alternatives. Commission??
