A genius! This is by far my most popular shoe seller. So much dedication is unpronounceable, because I'm one of those gentlemen in the world, the size 38 often desperate plunge between child and women's shoe in depression.

Absolutely resistant to complaints!
I bought a lined Rieker winter shoe in the Schuhhof two months ago. Warm and beautiful!
After a short wear I had wet toes. When I described this to the seller today, there was a short "this shoe is not a waterproof shoe and therefore a complaint / exchange excluded".
I wonder how you can sell a lined winter shoe that you can't wear in wet or snow ...!?
Under these circumstances I will never buy from this store again! Every discounter and online shop takes back the defective goods!
I always like to buy my daughter's shoes here. We are always very good and zuvorkomnendt advised. Mr. Wagner has a good knack with small children. My daughter is happy every time we drive to the schoolyard. Also I like to go to the Mr. Wagner to buy shoes as a child.
